Heat Shrink Terminals & Connectors
Find heat sealed terminals for many rugged environments.
Our heat shrink connectors insulate, seal and protect
connections from physical abuse, abrasion, water and salt.
Ideal for mining and marine applications and small engine
use, such as in emergency vehicles and 4-wheelers.
The heat shrinkable tubing has an active adhesive that seals
between multiple wires and eliminates wire pull-out. Our
electrical connectors may replace spring connectors in
environments where corrosion is a problem.
You can install a heat sealable terminal in two simple
steps: (1)Select the right terminal size for the wire gauge,
strip the wires about 5/16" from the end and insert into the
crimp barrell and (2) apply heat directly to the terminal
until the tubing shrinks and the adhesive flows using a
heat gun or other heat source.
When you need extra protection from the elements, consider
using heat shrinkable connectors.
